AmbleLoop is operated by an independent developer based in Liverpool, United Kingdom. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Data we collect
On the marketing website (the site you’re reading), we collect only the data you give us deliberately:
- Waitlist signup: your email address, and your name if you choose to provide it.
- Cookies: only the cookies you consent to via the banner at the bottom of the screen.
2. How we use it
Your waitlist email is used for one purpose: to email you on launch day to let you know AmbleLoop is available, and to confirm your Founding Walker status if you qualify. We do not send marketing newsletters. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising.
3. Where it’s stored
Waitlist data is stored on Supabase servers located in the United Kingdom (London region). Confirmation emails are sent via Resend. Both providers are GDPR compliant. Your data does not leave the UK or the EEA.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to delete it, or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first. After that we delete the row from the database. Confirmation emails are not retained beyond the standard logs of our email provider.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ambleloop.com.
